We are Insured Health Ltd ("IHL"). We provide a policy review service for customers with private medical insurance through our telephone advisory service. As part of this service we may refer our customers to insurers for an appropriate insurance product.

The information that we may hold

As part of providing our service we collect and process the personal data of our customers, including private medical information of the customer and other people on or administering the policy. We do this so that we can find a suiltable insurance policy in doing this we pass this information on on to insurers.

In some circumstances we may also use customer information for marketing purposes, although you can opt out of this.

Consent - if we have been provided with contact details by a person then that person has consented to us having those contact details.
